This Agreement is between you and Website Studios LLC ("Game Janitor," "we," "us," or "our") regarding our online products and any related services (collectively, "our products"). You agree that, by accessing and/or playing our Products, you are bound by this Agreement. In addition, when using our Products, you may be subject to any guidelines or rules applicable to such Products that may be published from time to time, including, without limitation, our Privacy Statement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting revised terms on our products or website. Your continued use of our products will be deemed your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Subject to the laws of your country of residence, minor children may use accounts established by their parents or legal guardians. If you allow your minor children or legal guardians (collectively, your "Children") to use the Account, you hereby agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your Children, and you understand and agree that such use will occur regardless of whether or not you have Authorization, you will be responsible for all uses of the account by your children.
You agree that you will use necessary efforts to protect your account information and keep it confidential. You agree that you may not transfer your account, and any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement, to any other person or share your account information with others without our prior consent.
You agree to comply with applicable laws and the following:
You will not provide any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, pornographic, related to self-harm or otherwise;
You are not allowed to provide any content in the product that contains any sensitive political issues or expresses any strong political views, including but not limited to topics such as religion, race, nationality, or any other sensitive issues that may cause offense or disrupt the peaceful environment of our products;

You shall not provide any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
You will not provide any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party; and
You will not provide any content that contains any content that, in Game Janitor's sole discretion, is objectionable or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Products, or which may subject Game Janitor or its users to harm or liability of any kind.
By playing our products, you agree that you will not:
For any commercial purpose other than as necessary to play our products, copy, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of our products;
Use our products in violation of any law, regulation, decree, order, injunction or any other mandatory restriction imposed by any authority of government, including legislative, executive and judicial bodies;
Use cheats, automated software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify any part of the Product, collect any information about the Product, or connect to the Product;
Use our products for any purpose other than what a reasonable person might consider to be consistent with the spirit of the products, including but not limited to commercial purposes;
Remove or modify any patent notices, copyright notices or other intellectual property information from our products;
Use our products in any other manner not permitted by this Agreement or any posted guidelines or rules.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment necessary to play our Products, including but not limited to mobile phones and tablets, and for equipment charges, including without limitation internet, data and electricity charges. You acknowledge that these fees are payable to third parties not affiliated with this Agreement and are not responsible for any of our liability hereunder.
You understand that due to the special nature of online products, we may update our products from time to time, which may prevent you from accessing the products for a period of time and result in modifications to product content. We are not responsible for any losses caused by such updates, except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence. We will notify you in advance of such updates except in emergencies.
Although we strive to provide accurate and reliable products and services, you expressly understand and acknowledge that our products and related services and information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, condition, uninterrupted use, warranty, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability or freedom from errors/errors/defects.

No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement will be effective or binding on us unless it is expressly referred to in a writing and duly signed by us.
